-I teach students how to write their own original music and songs through private instruction.-Since my first semester, I have tripled enrollment for composition and songwriting lessons.-I have taught three semesters of 'Music and Perspective; which teaches students about music, presentations, and modern content creation, including podcasting and video making.-I presented a composition masterclass at the February 2020 BSU High School Honor Band concert, with a premiere of a movement of my tuba concerto 'of cosmos and canyons' commissioned for the event.-I was commissioned to write a trumpet fanfare 'cometsong' for performance at the 2020 Trumpet Workshop hosted by BSU.-I also teach lessons in tuba and euphonium to both music majors and non-majors.-I teach American Popular Music and will work in theory department in Spring 2021.-Each year I present a piece of contemporary music on the faculty showcase.

I worked as a server at Summer Shack Boston, full time during the summers and part time during the year. I specialized in selling our classic New England Seafood experience, guiding guests from food recommendations to cocktail and beer menu. Our clientele primarily revolved around international travelers and avid Red Sox fans. I lead server teams through large private events and helped travelers find their way to Local Boston attractions.My time at Summer Shack came to an end due to the restaurant being closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

I worked as a manager at Back Bay Social Club, rotating full time during the summers, and part time while in school at Boston Conservatory. I started as a Food Runner/Busser, moved up to Server, Bartender, and then finally as a manager.-I worked as a music specialist and helped curate our musical experience for BBSC's 2016 New Year's Extravaganza. I put together a band and performed. We packed the house had a very profitable New Year's Celebration.-As a manger, my duties included communication with the kitchen, nightly reports, security checks, nightly financial summaries, reservation management, event management, staff leadership, and the highest levels of customer service.I am so grateful for my time at Social Club. I learned a tremendous amount about leadership, customer service, and business. While I ultimately left my position to be more focused in music, I have used the knowledge I gained here in every position I've had since.

It was one of the best experiences of my life.
