Analyzes inventory levels vs. forecast to assure adequate inventory levels to meet service guidelines. Confirm the Master Plan and Firm orders using BPCS Order Maintenance.Generate and publish a work center based manufacturing schedule within the material, labor and financial resource constraints.Interface with purchasing regarding raw material requirements to service the work center based manufacturing schedule.Reviews production activity against schedule with department supervisors and area managers on a weekly basis and facilitates adjustments when necessary.Analyzes and recommends corrections to forecast as identified in the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on historical data.Interacts with and provides necessary data to product manager during new product development (i.e. package development sheets, availability, lead times and recoveries).Generates requisitions, manufacturing orders and requested inventory and process reports. Daily communicates and visits with work centers to periodically review performance to schedule with appropriate supervisor(s).Reviews production activity in monitoring performance to schedule.Projects impact and makes recommendations
