    Managed the execution of certification cycle events for USS BAINBRIDGE (DDG 96), encompassing 21 warfare areas, 143 events, spanning 127 individual weeklong events over a 21-week period. Diligently coordinated 4 separate off ship entities to accomplish multiple events per week and was integral in personnel and material deconfliction between warfare areas. Coordinated the USS BAINBRIDGE Compressed Basic Phase training cycle resulting in an on time completion during the COVID environment. As the Integrated Training Team Leader; planned, coordinated, and executed the 48hr "Final Battle Problem" which then became the Atlantic Fleet example for other ships completing the training cycle. Hosted 50 US Naval Academy Midshipmen for 6 weeks of training on board USS BAINBRIDGE. Handpicked as 1 of 4 Junior Officers on the East Coast to participate in the Combat Information Center (CIC) Tactical Advancements for the Next Generation (TANG) Program based on experience and creative critical thinking skills.By the end of the Training Officer tour, had lead 55 Sailors across 4 Divisions, resulting in 17 Sailors being advanced and another 12 reenlisting to continue careers in the Navy. Mentored 27 Division Officers to their Surface Warfare qualification. Across the ship, led 24 Training Petty Officers, 21 Warfare Leads, and 300 Sailors in over 1,000 qualifications. Managed and audited the $250,000 annual training budget for travel, food, and accommodation of 300 Sailors. Screened at first opportunity for Department Head billet. As Main Propulsion Division Officer, lead 22 personnel and the operation and maintenance of all Main Propulsion equipment including 4 Gas Turbine Engines, 3 Gas Turbine Generators, Fuel and Lube Oil Systems, and supporting propulsion equipment. 6 Sailors re-enlisted, 6 received "on the spot" Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and 3 received Sailor of the Quarter nominations. As Safety Officer, led 17 Safety Petty Officers to manage the ship wide safety program. Scored well above class average during Navy Occupational, Safety, and Health (NAVOSH) assessment during INSURV. Was awarded the Surface Force Atlantic Navy Occupational Safety and Health Excellence Award ("Yellow E") both years of running the program.
