Closing financials on a monthly basis, controlling debt and ensuring supplier payments are collected. Support to clients to whom Capgemini provide outsourced services for delivery of projects and provision of service. I have experience of service desk environments having worked on the Corus (British Steel) Help Desk in my early career with Capgemini. After this I performed Problem Management for Yorkshire Electricity before transferring to an internal PMO role, setting up a function that supported 8,000 employees and managing a team of 8 to do so. This then led to a position as PMO Manager on Capgemini's Matalan account overseeing governance and provision of project delivery and ensuring accurate charging and invoicing for the overall service. During this period I was seconded onto the House of Fraser account to create and manage a new PMO function that was subsequently handed over to more local resource to run/manage.
