His construction expertise in unique areas provides special support for design development in new technical areas outside of normal construction techniques.• Project Manager for $13.5M specialty construction projects managing 9 subcontractors under the constraints of limited site access and classified work environment.• Level III Visual Inspector for remote underwater inspection of Brunswick, Unit 1, Nuclear Reactor, saving $800 in emergent repairs by correctly evaluating a previously discovered indication using unique robotic inspection system and special lighting controls.• Program Engineer for a new classified program requiring management and technical oversight of numerous sub-contractors and development of new remote technology.

Mr. Vickerman implemented and integrated new technology in harsh environments. He successfully integrated design requirements and field application issues on numerous equipment installations and inspection contracts. Accomplishments:· Project managed nine (9) design integration projects and two (2) on-site installation projects for $6 M/proj. nuclear Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) Suction Strainer upgrades.· Performed emergency recovery of underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle through 10" dia. Jet Pump Diffuser and successfully continued and completed remote underwater inspection of Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV).· Only successful contractor out of 4 to inspect dam intake conduit in 300 ft water depth with 800 ft. penetration in 100% turbidity exceeding minimum inspection resolution requirement..

Mr.Vickerman generates work and project assignments in research & development andnew business development. He is an expert consultant on remote underwater systemsdesign. He drives commercialization of prototype projects integrating customerrequirements with design capabilities. He is capture manager for new businessopportunities in the area of nuclear services, remote underwater and undergroundequipment design for remote inspection and surveillance applications.Accomplishments:· Managed Business Development expansion exceeding 20% growth over two years expanding into adjacent markets and capture of new customer base.· Recertified as Level III Reactor Inspector and delivered onsite Level III services providing oversight, review and approval of Reactor Vessel internals inspection at Enrico Fermi II Nuclear Reactor, Mar/Apr 2009 outage.· Successfully acquired new contract with the Dept of Energy to demonstrate new technology improving the reliability and accessibility of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) to perform nuclear reactor inspections.· Initiated, obtained funding and Project Managed new internal research and development program to produce ROV systems for demonstration of new ROV technology capability and applications in Nuclear Reactor internal inspections and small disposable ROV systems for Harbor Defense on the industrial waterfront.· Capture manager for successful effort, qualifying UTD for bidding work in support of the Bechtel SAIC Contract at Yucca Mountain for nuclear and radiological waste storage.· Managed successful proposal to Dept of Homeland Security Advance Research Project Agency for development of successful rapid concrete breaching system for personnel rescue in damaged buildings and structures.

Mr.Vickerman provided engineering management and lead mechanical engineering formarine operations department. Scope of work included engineering documentation,configuration management and engineering quality control activities for an inter-departmental matrix engineering team. Accomplishments:· Successfully managed the design, manufacture, and installation of USS Monitor Steam Engine Recovery System, implementing AISC steel standards and marine salvage expertise.· Engineering Manager for successful marine operations of 5 mile fiber optically controlled 20,000 ft. depth rated ocean search and recovery systems such as ROVs (i.e. Magellan, CURV & DEEP DRONE) and sonar systems (i.e. Ocean Explorer, SWISS & ORION) including direct supervision of engineering modification and repair activities.· Managed design of 305 camera system of radiation tolerant video monitoring cameras for Radwaste glassification control and security system using 5 mile fiber optic backbone.

Vickerman was Commanding Officer of one of the Navy's MobileDiving and Salvage Unit, performing marine salvage operations worldwide from SuezCanal Clearance (Egypt) to Operation Sea Mark ­ (Palau Is.). Mr. Vickerman wasProjects Officer for the Chemical and Radiological Technology Unit, Pacific.Accomplishments:· Initiated Navy (NAVSEA 00C) and Naval Research Lab (NRL) activities to define nuclear contaminated diving and salvage response capabilities for surveillance, mine sweeping, and salvage operations.· Analyzed salvage potential of nuclear reactor cores dumped in the Kara Sea for NRL evaluation.· Conducted simulated radiological contaminated diving operations for capability demonstration in support of NAVSEA 00C Contaminated Diving and Salvage (CDSALV) Program

Mr. Vickerman managed design & field service projects for nuclear reactorinspection, repair, and maintenance services from development throughimplementation. Accomplishments:· Manager of $3.6 M annual tele-robotic ultrasonic inspection business for nuclear reactor pressure vessels with 24 specially qualified personnel and a $1.2 M annual development budget for advanced inspection and repair, integrating overlapping schedules and resources.· Designed and developed first-of-a-kind, fully automated, nuclear inspection, Remotely Operated Vehicle system, integrated with patented virtual reality graphics, real time underwater tracking, and supervisory robotic control using dynamic positioning.· Presenter for nuclear safeguards review and demonstration to Intl. Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) conference for BWR Fuel handling process for US commercial nuclear site identifying risk management influences on design of fuel handling equipment and systems.· Responsible design engineer for BWR Fuel Mechanical Components at Wilmington fuel manufacturing site successfully dispositioning discrepant fuel components and developing new manufacturing processes for new fuel design.

Mr. Vickerman provided design engineering liaison withthe manufacturing group. Scope of work included engineering documentation,configuration management and engineering quality control activities during initialmanufacturing of new designs. Accomplishments:· Member of the Material Review Board determining rework/repair or scrapping of non-conforming hardware in accordance with engineering documentation and requirements resulting in savings of over $200k/yr.· Performed design reviews on the P50 Solar Array providing production design improvements resulting in cost savings and increased reliability.
