Bangladesh

Delivering and consultancy and training services to the RMG sector in Bangladesh. Specific programme developed to improve factory operating performance and train mid-level managers in international methods of managing performance and improvement process. Programme included HR elements to improve factory/worker relationships and reduce endemic levels of turnover.
