I intervene as a a service provider ‘to meet you where you are at’ and use an eclectic style to address your needs. I work to: provide psychoeducation on symptoms and diagnosis; create: treatment structure and goals & objectives; measure progress; use evidenced-based strategies, and work to reinforce positive, adaptive transformation/changes, while nurturing your natural resilience for sustaining results.I have primary experience working with individuals from teens and their parents to adults, couples, but also have engaged in groups therapy (Impulse Control, Anger Management for both men and women, and Coping Skills).Fundamentally, I work closely with patients to comprehensively: assess, diagnose, treat, support, and advocate for your mental health care needs.
