We develop solutions for diagnoses, monitoring and maintenance of buildings (apartment buildings, office buildings, industrial heritage, historical buildings), as well as bridges.We carry out inspections and diagnoses to assess the integrity and the durability of bridges, old buildings and industrial sites, with the intent of preserving, rehabilitating and restoring them.We help property owners establish predictive maintenance processes by providing them with the means for detecting degradations with no delay and before they become visible. Through the installation of low-cost sensors, data are continuously collected, thereby enabling real-time monitoring of structural health indicators, energy performance and use conditions.Our vision is to improve the durability and the desirability of buildings, with a responsible philosophy of cost containment.
