With over 30 years of experience in the building, plumbing, HVAC, and sustainability sectors, I am the CEO of the IAPMO Group and the International Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Foundation (IWSH). I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and have developed and implemented codes, standards, certification, and training programs that protect the health and well-being of people everywhere.I lead a global team of professionals who deliver innovative solutions for water-related challenges, such as rainwater harvesting, water reuse, water quality, and water conservation. I also promote sustainable and resilient building practices and reduce environmental impacts by leveraging my expertise in sustainable energy and alternative energy. I am actively involved in several international organizations and committees that advance the role of the plumbing industry in enhancing public health and fostering a diverse and skilled workforce. I am passionate about water resilience, safety, and efficiency, and I work with local and global partners to improve access to clean water, safe sanitation, and adequate hygiene services in underserved communities worldwide.
