I have a strong background in classic French techniques taught to me by the talented chefs at Lccc. I always pushed to learn more and expand my Culinary knowledge. I am an artisan bread Baker and creator of dough recipes for many applications. I have been cooking in offset smokers since the late eighties and have educated myself in this technique for decades. I am intrigued by the science of the art of cooking and continue to learn something new everyday.I love to manage the restaurant and get into the mix in the front lines. Dealing with customers is my passion. I love the service industry and I am always looking for like minded people to share this with. I will continue to grow in this field and share my love for food wherever I go.
