Directly reporting to the MEA Sales Director with overall responsibility for identifying, managing and executing short and long terms project opportunities in the oil & gas, petrochemical and energy sectors. Full responsibility for key regional projects, managing a team actively selling and promoting Crane's portfolio of valves, lined pipes and fittings. Overseeing pre and post order technical & commercial enquiries, commercial proposals, documentation and delivery execution.Negotiations of all commercial project proposals, to include price, terms and conditions and project milestones. Networking with procurement teams throughout the project life cycle to maintain a competitive advantage.Key account management of main UAE contractors, through weekly technical meetings, project kick off meetings and post order expediting meetings. Identifying future projects requirements, setting project KPI's and highlighting possible future red flags.Post order management and coordination between Crane global manufacturing sites and operational entities to maintain project KPI's and project milestones as agreed with the customer during kickoff meetings. Tracking of customer drawings & documentation approvals, requested inspection requirements and special terms and conditions. Support “on the ground” area sales team in the MEA, through bi-weekly meetings and customer meetings. Identify new opportunities, gaps in end user supplier approval lists and gaps in our product portfolio.
