Currently, we are working with over 1400 brokers, and have established a loan book of over $28 billion.Case study:I've been working with two Directors of a Mortgage Broking business. They were already writing good volume ($10m per month) and had five Loan Writers in the team.However, they had no real strategy for customer retention and ongoing value creation post settlement; so we worked together to build a strategy and execute this strategy around producing educational content and value for their existing database through video and blogs. We also introduced three Settlement Gifts, which resulted in a higher number of referrals from their existing customers and created mandatory Financial Health Checks/Finance Reviews every 6-12 months depending on each customer's circumstances. We also created post-settlement milestones and email templates for communication and identified common database trends that could be capitalised on for business growth - e.g. 25% of customers upgrade their vehicle six months after settlement.The result? Their settlement volume increased by more than 25% and client retention by over 32% in just a year.
