As a senior consultant on the professional services team, I work with our large enterprise customers helping them deployment and use LogRhythm. My responsibilitiesinclude working with sales on upcoming large deals, delivering custom workshops to our customers to help improve their security maturity with LogRhythm, and managing projects from start to finish to ensure the projects stay on time and on budget.

As a practice consultant for RSA Security's Advanced SOC portfolio (Security Analytics, ECAT, enVision and NetWitness) I am on the professional services team. My responsibilities often include traveling to customer locations to provide consulting expertise, assist with security design and installation of Security Analytics and ECAT, I configure my customer's Linux and Windows-based security appliances, customize the customer's security products and train customers on day to day usage, troubleshooting and administration of their systems. I also assist with developing their enterprise network architecture to ensure global deployments meet the needs of current security measures. I provide detailed documentation, trip reports, custom integration documentation and Incident Response type content to customers.

Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, tracking and reporting behavior/tasks logged by assets in the form of incidents to ensure Molina is protected from any potential leaks of malicious activities using a SIEM solution.Scan and monitor system vulnerabilities on servers and infrastructure devices using a threat and vulnerability security solution.Propose changes / improvements to the processes and procedures that will improve operational efficiency, provide better service, etc.Follow SOC process, policies and procedures congruent with standards and industry best practicesMonitor activities and events in Molina's environment to ensure that anomalous behavior is detected, identified, classified and acted upon where appropriate.Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in the network and provide actionable recommendation in the event of malicious activity.Perform ongoing reviews of all security activities and reports providing technical security oversight to detect meaningful data versus non-threatening anomalies.Perform reviews and assessments of security controls before hardware/software is migrated to production.

Maintained 100+ Servers and 50+ Network Devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, for 20 locations. Keeping all equipment up to date with security patches. Reviewing logs from the Cisco IPS and Windows to look for Security holes. Working with auditors to stay PCI and HIPAA complaint. Working on a MPLS migration, and re-configuring routers, switches, and firewalls to stay PCI, HIPAA, and FDIC complaint. Patching and managing Exchange 2010, and Unitrends backup appliance.

Maintained 15+ Servers and 25+ Network Devices for 3 locations. Keeping all equipment up to date with security patches, including Exchange 2010. Setting up security roles and access list to keep students out of sensitive areas.

Answered phones and e-mails for tech support for 500+ employees and 20+ locations. Worked with employees on how to use the Office suite, helped with printing issues, and general IT problems. Helped network team with server and networking upgrade projects.

Was in charge of our Business Networking and Server team. Worked with 25+ companies, setting up servers, routers, switches, and firewalls. Worked with local Doctors to keep their network HIPAA complaint.
