Responsible for the managing and developing of client relationships ensuring that AV requirements are fulfilled and opportunities for increased sales are identified and actioned with particular emphasis on delivery in venues - Establish client's AV requirements through regular communication via emails, phone calls and site visits- Prepare and deliver quote and contract documentation to clients - Identify and provide technical advice to further AV performance of events - Assist other AVD Staff members in an effort to foster team work - Maintain a strong professional image of AVD - Maintain strong level of communication with technical staff and logistics - Monitor client feedback and provide and develop solutions where required - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client needs - Follow effective systems of internal controls including the use of sales procedures and the AV standard operating procedures manual

Converting incoming inquiries into commercial bookings- Working with the Sales & Marketing department to meet & exceed monthly & yearly fiscal targets and maintaining at least 92% positive customer feedback- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients- Creatively develop new and innovative ways to build business for the hotel- Manage large volume accommodation contracts for the hotel- Work with internal and external departments to bring positive experiences to clients- Negotiate and build contracts with event & accommodation suppliers to maximize revenue for the hotel

Maintain the facilities & technology in use at the Monash University Law Chambers. Provide administration support for the organisation and management of both internal & external events. Provide audio visual expertise & troubleshooting for equipment in use at internal & external events. Assist in the ordering and delivery of catering to clients. Liase with service providers to get the best price on equipment, catering and supplies. Build upon existing relationships with return clients. Manage various budgets to maximise revenue. Management of Casual staff, including rosters and administration support. Provide technical and ad-hoc support for academic staff in building upon the success of the Monash University Law Chambers
