My school, work, and personal life have been primarily focused on getting outside and helping others get outside. Rowing, coaching, cycle touring the Western U.S., studying Forestry, working with REI for over 17 years. Much of this work has been training others to properly prepare and recreate safely outdoors.Recently, my family has had the opportunity to move to The Netherlands where my partner has started "Small Batch" facilitating connections between small food vendors and their local clients.As I search for the best way to apply my skills and contribute our global community, I have been coaching rowing on the Amstel, volunteering with local community projects and working with Post NL.
