Lead counsel of the corporate law division of the Harleysville law department. My areas of legal responsibility included P&C regulatory and financial compliance, sales, market conduct and financial exams, products, reinsurance, insurance holding company laws and compliance, company licensing and solvency, SEC filings, general corporate, M&A, investments, vender contracts, government relations and real estate.

Chief legal officer for a group of regional property and casualty insurance companies with approximately $300 million in premium.
