In my time here I have consistently been relied on as one of the primary contacts to deal with Network Administrators , ISP’s, Electricians, HVAC contractors, Security contractors, and many other trades to help them understand the proper scope required to create automated systems that work together seamlessly.Developed training materials and ran training for other technicians to explain the basics of many topics; including company best practice for setting up networks, documenting systems, setting up home audio/video equipment, and understanding various cable types and how to terminate them. Also have spent a lot of time training customers on how to operate/use their systems.Comfortable working with and creating complex system documentation. Experienced using Visio to create to-scale floorplan overlays to show contractors where to install lighting/wiring for systems.Have at least some experience programming on multiple Automation platforms including Control4, Elan, and Lutron; and have 7 years of experience as the primary programmer/system designer for Crestron Automation systems

Placed in charge of coordinating all resources spent on worship ministry and leading all of the teams involved in worship/technology at Restore Christian Church since its founding in 2014.In charge of designing, installation, test, and commission of all the IT and AV infrastructure in our new building. We only had 1 week to do all the installation/commissioning work due to contractor and building inspection schedules. Led a group of 8-10 volunteers and executed our plan on time.Since our church founding in 2014, church attendance has grown 6 fold and the teams I lead have increased from 5 members to over 30.

I was in charge of everything related to the preparation for and execution of worship services on Sunday morning. I worked in coordination with the senior pastor on the small group and Sunday school curriculum. I also dealt with anything related to technology at the church, including the development and maintenance of their website.In addition I did a lot of teaching, primarily with the 18-30+ age group.

Dealt directly with mobile app developers, wrote reviews, created and edited video reviews, and assigned work to other app reviewers.

Planned and led Sunday morning and Wednesday night worship times.Managed a variety of ministries ranging from the worship band and traveling worship team to adult and children's choirs.
