This position is the strategic leader of the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Technology departments

The Corporate Finance Director manages the financial operations of the 12 domestic and international divisions of the publicly traded production home builder. Additional roles and responsibilities included Corporate Controller, Tax Director, Treasurer, budgeting, external reporting and internal controls. Projects and accomplishments include conversion of accounting method from IFRS to US GAAP, disposition of the North American entities to private equity, private placement debt offerings, M&A and highly successful IPO.

As a member of the executive leadership team was responsible for all aspects of the treasury, tax and risk functions while managing a team of four professionals. Daily management of a portfolio of $200 million in working capital which included purchasing short term commercial paper and treasury bonds, forecasting cash flow needs and issuing medical payments through a third party administrator. This position also directed the tax compliance, planning and forecasting its operations in 26 western states.
