Mr. Krout specializes in working with organizations to identify their organizational, application, and functional requirements to determine whether a system(s) and/or specific applications are a proper fit for both the customer and the vendor(s).David’s background includes specializing in systems and process needs assessments, technology planning, and application systems selection. He has participated in a variety of needs assessments addressing organization-wide, as well as specific functional area requirements. Mr. Krout also served on the National Committee on Information Technology for the Institute of Management Accountants, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He was also an IT Consulting Manager with McGladrey & Pullen, the fifth-largest CPA and consulting firm in the US. He also has spoken at the California Society of Municipal Financial Officers(CSMFO) and Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC) on multiple topics.
