As the California Division Lead Practice Builder, I was able to bring several Military projects to the firm in Utah and California. In addition I was able to secure work for the architectural, Structural, and MEP Divisions of the company while marketing and maintaining the Civil Engineering Departmemt.

Woodland Hills, Ca

Built relationships with builders, developers, and national commercial / industrial clients to secure 1.5 million dollars of work. As a large diameter infrastructure expert, I was assign to various projects most notably the Twin Cities Airport Expansion, Minneapolis, Minnesota redesigning a 96"x72" box culvert storm drain system, junction structures, and other underground utilities to facilitate multi-phased construction.

QC internal work, QA over outside engineering and construction Writing Functional Requirement Documents (FRD's), specifications, work plans, accident hazard analysis (AHA's), Designed small projects, and provided structural and civil expertise on 3-miles of roadway replacement, 20-inch fire line realignment, 16-inch thick aircraft apron replacement, domestic water upgrades, and ADA bathroom compliance upgrades.

Lancaster, Calif

Managing 49 employees, and leading two land development design groups along with geotechnical, land surveying, architectural design, structural, and hydrology divisions. My duties included diversifying the company into new markets, contracting work, resolving employee conflicts, and managing staff while being responsible for the following:(8)-Hotels, (9)-schools, (1)-college, (3)-hospitals, over 3,000 homes, (2)-double 120-inch diameter storm drain systems, (4) 36-60-inch storm drain systems, (3)storage facilities, (6) Parks, and (2) amusement parks.

Adelanto, Ca

Engineer of Record for Nevada and Arizona projects. International Sales Engineer performing forensic investigations of pipeline failures in Mexico and El Salvador. Duties included bid estimating of multi-million dollar contracts, designing large diameter fittings, designing layout/shop drawings for approval and manufacturing.

Project Engineer preparing Tentative Tract Maps, Final Tract Maps, and associated improvement plans for grading, storm drain, water, and sewer plans. Residential and light commercial structural analysis. Hydrology studies.

Seoul, Korea

Proselyting Missionary. Supply Manager for entire mission ordering and stocking proselyting materials and delivering and setting up displays. Worked for Korean Broadcasting Services (KBS TV) as an actor performing on Live Action English where I acted out situational English dialogs.
