I am experienced in leading, facilitating, and executing small to large-scale projects/organizations and have a proven ability to get results while providing a positive work environment for employees and supervisors. I do this by focusing on how to Solve Complex Problems, Shape the Future Environment, and Engage Communities of Interest. I am experienced at maximizing Talent Management to manage the requirements of an organization with the desires of the team to ensure mission accomplishment. Lastly, I have multiple experiences as an instructor/facilitator during which I taught a varied curriculum while facilitating my students to become the best versions of themselves.
