Construction 2018-2020➡ Richmond Honan Development and Acquisitions (RH). 2014-2015➡ 6555 Quince Road (Memphis, TN). Conversion of an old office building into a new Medical Office Building (MOB). Build out of complicated medical offices, an in vitro fertilization center (IVF), GYN facility, walk-in clinic, pharmacy, rehabilitation center, and a state-of-the-art imaging and MRI facility.

Founded a construction management company to assist Owners, Architects, and Tenants before and during the construction process.➡ Northpark Town Center (Atlanta, GA). Project Manager on a $15M remedial waterproofing project for 2 buildings in a suburban Atlanta office park that had suffered near-catastrophic water damage to the Class A office space over the garage building and under the rooftop garden. Identified causes for water leakage and designed long-term waterproofing solutions that rendered the offices watertight➡ Northpark 400 Associates, LP. Remediated water leakage from the green roof into the office spaces of 2 80K S.F. garden-office levels above a 5-level parking garage. Served as Project Manager for the investigation into the problems’ causes, design of the waterproofing solutions and replacement park hardscape and landscape, remedial construction, and contractor litigation/arbitration. Services provided 1995-1998.➡ Northpark 500 Associates. Remediated water leakage from the green roof into 2 50K S.F. floors of Class A office space. Served as Project Manager for the successful design of the new rooftop and waterproofing and remedial construction. Services provided 2005-2007.➡ Park 22 (Austin, TX). Directed the build-out of this suburban Class A office park for Regent Partners. Served as Field Representative from 1999-2000. Project was 3 low rise buildings and adjacent parking garages, as well as the construction of 2 highway-type bridges enabling traffic to avoid the tract’s dry creek bed.➡ Milton Pate Associates (Atlanta, GA). Served as Architectural Contract Administrator.➡ U.S.P.S. Retail Stores Program (various North Georgia locations). Spearheaded the $25M build-out and renovation of retail space (40 individual stores) for the U.S. Postal Service in advance of the 1996 Summer Olympics. Services provided 1995-1996.

Organized and managed the Construction Department. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:➡ Established and implemented Tenant Work Policies and Procedures.➡ Developed a simple yet sophisticated system of tracking and controlling costs for each tenant space.➡ Gained firm control over design and construction costs for two "Class A" properties, resulting in the construction of more than 1.3 million square feet of "Class A" office space being constructed at the cost of 29+ million dollars.

Provided oversight for the construction of the Atlantic Center (IBM Tower, a 50-story building, containing a parking garage with 2300 parking spaces, and spanning 1.1 million square feet.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:⇒ Interfaced with the VP of Construction, the Project Development Officer, and Senior Construction Manager to ensure timely completion of the $100 million project.
