I volunteer for two labs on campus and help with microscopy (two photon, confocal and wide-field microscopy) Histology and sectioning with frozen and paraffin embedded sample and staining. Developing and implementing for whole tissue imaging including the use of CLARITY and iDISCO on mouse brains.

I manage Digital Pathology and file servers for the Department of Pathology as well as serving as IT support for the department. We currently perform digital pathology with Aperio's CS2 with e-slide manager including the analysis package for IHC image analysis. I am interested in Digital Pathology and Image Analysis.
