Applied Scientist, who consulting especially ecosystems of predictive models and both improves current solutions and develops new techniques. 15 scientific publications, more than 20 conferencesIn current position, Consultant in Assisto Consulting, my team and I deliver complete solutions of handling Risk and Business aspects of customers' data, especially in projects for banks. It goes hand by hand with researching new approaches, improving applied algorithms and now mainly with flows utilizing Generative AI. We handle (design, code and deliver) all steps of projects, starting from getting data from Big data sources, through preparation of ABT tables and model development, up to automatization of both data preparation and model scoring, numerically expensive optimization and interpretation of results.Delivered solutions consists of very customized requests and prerequisites on sides of customers; therefore, I have experience with extensive programming and Big data manipulation. Not only existing state-of-art algorithms such as machine learning techniques are used, but what drives me is also a opportunity and necessity to develop new methods and push boundaries.In recent months, my center of attention lies in Generative AI, especially in architecture of pipelines where they are used.With respect to my PhD in quantum theoretical/computation physics, I consider myself more as data scientist rather than a programmer (even if spend half of my time coding). Therefore, I know that having a perfect solution is worthless without being able to communicate it. Aiming on interpretation, validation and business assessment is very essential for me, as well as describing outcomes to customers and being able to handover long-term usable and adjustable algorithms.I find especially diversity of tasks very fulfilling and I like challenges requiring full focus and having long-term value and aim. On daily basis, agile management of my team is what suits me, as well as regular discussions with customers or collaborating teams.
