Successfully brought in at Pontefract to return the office to profitability, react to current market conditions and to increase market share.At Boultons (based in Huddersfield) my role was to manage and motivate staff and ensure that market share was maintained though careful management of KPI’s, personal reviews and staff development.Agreeing, implementing and directing the annual fiscal targets.Working closely with, and reporting to, the Board of Directors on a monthly basis.Part of my role was to maximise every financial opportunity to vendor and purchaser alike. I have achieved continued generation of corporate client business development.Man Managing a team of five staff at Harrisons whilst overseeing performance of a further eleven staff at Boultons, including two valuers. I was responsible for developing ongoing personnel training at all levels.Have worked closely with the Residential Lettings and Management divisions at both branches.
