Senior Program Manager for regional healthcare-based organization tasked to manage relationship between business clients, technology services, and contract vendors to solution to Cloud (Azure) and DevOps implementation. Led large program to migrate, consolidate, and close regional and national data centers. Migration initiative was focused on applications to Cloud platform infrastructure and data to on-premises storage infrastructure. Coordinated multiple projects across technology infrastructure and development teams to meet strategic goals set by executive leadership and stakeholders. Built reimagined project based on stakeholder requirements, financial analysis, and identification of risk factors. Directed team of project managers and technical leads to create migration plan that eliminated risk while cutting multi-million-dollar operational budget. Established relationships with executive leadership to support buy-in for project sponsorship and consolidation programs. Formulated migration strategies to align with portfolio and strategic goal of “Cloud First” while mitigating risk of migrating data and hardware. Managed end-user latency expecations through education and metrics, raising awareness, and communicating development concerns.  Coordinated with external vendors development operations teams with defined client requirements.  Authored consolidation playbook incorporating best practice processes, positioning for use throughout company for future data centers migrations.  Coordinated with internal infrastructure organizations to complete required tasks within the program operational scope. Served as SME for project management organization in data center consolidation and migration effort.

As a faculty member I delivered instruction for both undergraduate and graduate courses in topics including technology management, strategic management, business administration, technology operations, strategic planning, and risk management. For each course I developed the syllabus, selected instructional materials and approaches, and defined assessment methods, regularly updating my course content to reflect current practices. Outside of class I supported student learning through mentoring, providing feedback on coursework, and being available to answer questions.  - Selected to teach female Saudi students in technology management course, a role not normally allowed for males under Saudi Kingdom rules.  - Enriched course content and student engagement through incorporation of personal “real world” experience examples and insight.

During my time with JPMorgan Chase I led a technology operations team in a site of over 3000 staff, providing client-facing interactions to the line-of-business management and executive sponsors to advance shared corporate goals. Duties included leading remote site operations at locations across eight states and one province, including facilities operations, site management, space and data center planning, inventory, security, vendors, and process documentation. I also coordinated the build and testing of business recovery plans, tested risk assessments, and oversaw integration of merger and acquisition sites including major data centers.  - Spearheaded standardization initiatives for acquisition sites and global teams in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to align processes and best practices across US remote site operations.  - Facilitated transition of end user contingency of 1400 personnel from New York to Dallas, including Disaster Recovery and Continuity responsibility for service delivery. - Coordinated with offices in New York, Tempe, Boston, and Dallas in Notes migrations of 2500 accounts, following successful rollout Notes R5 to 1500 desktops in Treasury and Security Services.  - Trained ITAM related toolsets including PRIME, TAMS, T-Span, and Aperture and software tools Visio, AutoCAD, electrical, and HVAC systems required for integration, standards were subsequently adopted in the remote operations organization.  - Developed centralized database for Treasury and Security Services inventory and locations, personnel, and cost center information, facilitating ease of move events.  - Managed desktop service delivery team with responsibility for 2000 end users and desktops, managing LAN operations, Notes administration, NT domain and Netware security. - Resolved “High Severity” issues, served as primary contact for Service Center and Helpdesk escalation. - Completed M.S. in Information Systems and D.M. in Organizational Leadership while in these roles.

In this position I was responsible for the direction of a data center site for check operations, coordinating ten direct reports for these operations. In addition, I administered our Network and LAN across operations, managing eight direct reports and over 125 Novell and Windows NT servers. One of my goals was to drive standardization in our operational processes including site management, budget control, and financial needs in coordination with multiple sites across the state.
