For over two decades, I have been part of the Laser Production Network, evolving from a staff artist to a senior programmer, and progressing further to roles such as show designer, show lead, and ultimately, Art Director. Throughout my tenure at LPN, my journey involved a seamless transition into show production, leveraging my talents. As a hands-on individual, I consistently ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of my responsibilities.Now, as an independent contractor, I apply my skills to project management for various clients, overseeing their events while also producing my own. In my role as an Art Director, I shape the conceptual and stylistic direction of projects, coordinating the efforts of production companies and other collaborators. As a Light Show Designer, I actively participate in Production Meetings, collaborating with directors, designers, stage managers, and production managers to brainstorm ideas, establish budgets, and finalize scheduling details.Project management, a core aspect of my work, revolves around effective interpersonal skills, especially within my team. I adeptly adapt to diverse environments, implementing company policies, accomplishing specific goals, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. In the past few years Mr.Walker and Marc Henry has merge together to form their own production company call the The Mint Group. Since forming the company they produce Erykah Badu at the AA Arena in Miami, FL and they also consult within the entertainment industry. Our near future endeavor's include working with artist like Maxwell, Bono, Lenny Kravitz and Sade. As the company continue's to grow we will continue to produce high quality events for night clubs, special events, and concerts.
