Set up corporate language department known as British Midland Languages Programmes which provided beginners and intermediate airline-focused language training to air cabin crew and other customer service staff. Lead a team of permanent and seconded language instructors and support staff, based airside at London Heathrow.

Responsible for internal communications for cabin crew at all twelve bases in the UK and Europe. Previously responsible for customer relations in respect of all complaints and complimentary letters arising from experiences on board our aircraft.
