It is our duty as a society to bring business leadership to our kids.Single parents need access to competitive earnings that open new doors for their family and create personal agency. This gives women a path forward, out of poverty, out of abusive relationships and into financial independence.Depression, isolation and a premature death are what our senior citizens can face when they lose the community and sense of purpose that comes with work. The feeling of value and connection that comes from helping others is one of the things that people truly need. A well conceived, part-time or full-time business can bring vitality, purpose and financial prosperity. At Work First, we believe that what we do should be more about people.
