• Responsible for buying of new products to sell instore and online (Clothing, Souvenirs and Accessories)• Source suppliers and maintain the relationships• Liaise with kit manufacturer regarding current and future kits, invoices, orders, and stock control• Understand the Club’s background, brand guidelines and style guide to develop current and future products• Create sales reports including merchandise sales sheet for Heads of Departments, CFO, CEO and shareholders• Online store management:o Stock control and mail order management using SEE 360 and Retail & Sports System software o Working closely with Marketing and Communications team and external photographers to promote new ranges and weekly/monthly offers, before uploading to the online store• Gap analysis and exploration of new products/designs• Administration of stock deliveries, booking onto EPOS system • Manage the running of match day retail outlets including a match day shop in the Fanzone• Record and monitor programme sales and supply HR with sellers wages• Manage internal stock requests, purchase orders and invoices of stock• Produce invoices and purchase orders for suppliers• Assist the Head of Consumer Sales and Retail Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks

• Print and assign all online bookings for posting and collection using the EPOS back of house system• Process direct debits for season ticket instalments • Invoicing group and business season tickets• Allocating and distributing away tickets to other clubs• Responsible for the administration of Memberships• Direct ticket sales within the box office using EPOS• Processing tickets for the club’s events (Player of the Year Awards, Beer Festival) • Attend roadshows to promote season tickets and memberships• Emails (enquiries and complaints) • Handling large amounts of cash after match days• Taking on any other tasks requested by management
