This is a greatly varied role including teaching, mentoring and coaching of individuals, teams and portfolios.The role includes:• Training and mentoring leaders.• Helping marketing, sales and admin teams work better using agile (Kanban) principles. • Team reset and interventions for cross functional teams.• Leading executives through design thinking, human centred design, and lean start-up workshops.• Agile transformation of business areas (that previously had no technical capability)• Facilitating rituals at team and program levels.• Observing and providing feedback to trainers, iteration managers, coaches, RTEs and product managers.

Migrating teams from SAFe to lean start-up and incorporating UI, UX, research, sales and marketing in to a cross functional team. This role included facilitating design, development, marketing, operations and support within one team.As part of my role I also taught, mentored and coached people, tech groups, and business groups on optimising their work practices to maximise engagement and productivity.

This role requires the implementation of a scaled agile framework and establishment of a continuous delivery environment for business critical digital applications. This included mentoring business and IT members in both agile principles and SAFe principles along with facilitation of agile rituals, leadership, and team building.
