I lead a team of talented specialist solution architects based in AMER that cover Financial Services, Telco, Media&Entertainment, Games, Sports, and Healthcare & Life Sciences, for the AWS Partner Organization.

Working with Arm Mbed's ecosystem partners and customers to enable their success. Focusing on applications engineering and cultivating successful relationships with Pelion Cloud customers.

-Builds end to end solutions for potential and current customers to prove Eurotech’s Industrial IoT platform.-Develops Java applications running on embedded systems to interface with numerous IoT connected devices.-Creates customer-facing web applications to show responsive, interactive, real time data.-Work with business developers and engineers to propose and develop innovative and cost saving IoT solutions using Eurotech’s embedded and cloud platforms.-Provide critical support to the sales team by providing rapid proof of concepts and demonstrations to potential customers.-Provide first line technical support to clients for all technical issues surrounding Eurotech’s platform.Technologies used: Java, HTML 5 (Javascript, D3.js, jQuery, Bootstrap), embedded Linux distributions, Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins), numerous M2M and IoT protocols

- IT Coordinator, responsible for working closely with Technical Support staff to handle all IT related issues for all regional offices in the UK.- Extensive IT work including the design, testing and implementation of network architecture that serves 100+ students daily.- Directly responsible for course enrollments at the second largest site by total classes in Europe.- Tested and piloted live-streaming classroom format to connect students from around Europe and the Middle East into a single course.- Continued support and advisement of students to ensure their educational success.

- Participated in high-stress convoy operations and responsible for supporting massive draw-down efforts in Iraq.- Responsible for operating, maintenance and troubleshooting of encrypted radio communication systems as well as live-saving counter IED equipment.- Participated and led frequent training seminars in professional development and leadership.- Specialized training in transporting high ranking civilian and military personnel, frequently transported distinguished visitors to include Vice Joint Chief of Staff and the Secretary of the Air Force .
