Satisfying the creative needs of a very fast-paced publishing company with the tightest of deadlines, myself and my team of six communicate closely with sales, editorial, marketing and events departments.Briefs include; Logo creation and brand management, advertising (in print and online), marketing promotions (in-house and external), magazines (in print and online), exhibition and awards event promotional materials.Along side these tasks my role requires me to constantly review the working practices of the department, the quality of work produced, the technical and creative abilities of all team members and to provide training and guidance to help maintain the high standards now constantly relied upon as an invaluable tool by our colleagues.
