● While onsite at General Motors (GM), provided IT business support for the GM E-Signature application (based on AlphaTrust ProntoSign) and includes four customized workflows used for GM dealer contracts and program enrollments.● Created e-signature document workflows for numerous GM organizations using ProntoSign control panel interface to reduce time required to obtain business approvals.● Completed end-user testing for multiple application changes, software upgrades, and two server migrations● Developed document templates using Adobe Acrobat Pro and macro-enabled MS Excel workbooks, enhancing form functionality using JavaScript and Visual BASIC for Applications.● Partnered with GM Information Technologies developers in developing requirements and performing extensive user testing for new customized dealer program enrollment application deployed in 2017.● Maintained user access for GM E-Signature application, including performance of semi-annual access reviews.

● Subject matter expert for DID and DNPS applications; lead maintenance and minor enhancement activities performed by an offshore team of four. DID is a large, business-critical DB2 database containing information for dealers and other business entities conducting business with GM. DNPS is an application used to store contractual data for its US retail dealerships. The combined size of these applications is approximately 300 DB2 tables and 800 programs.● Directed application maintenance and minor enhancements for Government Bid application, which uses mainframe FOCUS online and batch components.● Worked with GM application owners to gather and define requirements for software modifications, and to prioritize tasks to be completed by the Capgemini offshore teams. Coordinated user acceptance testing and production deployment of software changes.● Participated in annual disaster recovery testing; updated test plans and performed live testing.● Worked with multiple vendors to complete user access requests, coordinate production changes, obtain application input data, and provide data to downstream applications. Working onsite at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. I maintained and enhanced the release management tracking tool for National Provider Identifier project. Enhancements included tracking report changes, data import process improvements, and user interface updates. I also maintained and enhanced Production Activity Log (PAL) used to track software elements under development. Enhancements included report changes and user interface updates using SQL Server database and MS Access, as well as revisions to complex SQL queries to make them run more efficiently.

Performed role of operations leader for GM DID application, lead team of 10-12 responsible for application maintenance and minor enhancement activities.As lead developer for team of six programmers, worked closely with the project manager to define project requirements and estimate amount of work required to integrate Hummer brand into the existing DID and DNPS applications. Other responsibilities included training the project team on application standards and tools, developing technical specifications, creating test plans/cases, performing peer reviews for coding changes, and developing the implementation plan. Project took 9,200 hours to complete with only two post-production defects.As a developer on the “52/20 Fleet Forecasting” project, I created new COBOL/DB2 stored procedures and new complex batch programs. As an application developer for in-house inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and client billing applications written in COBOL and running in a Honeywell DPS-6 environment, I created and updated numerous programs using ISO-9001 certified processes. Most significant accomplishment was the creation of a suite of programs for a new customer that required separate inventory tracking which required several weeks of overtime work.Developed MS Access databases used for data capture, order fulfillment, and customer reporting.Developed PC-based application using Microfocus COBOL used in downloading and printing reports on LAN printers, as well as creating and printing UPS shipping labels.
