Employment Consultant, supporting clients with face to face weekly or fortnightly appointments assessing each client’s needs individually creating a personalized Job Plan addressing the client’s barriers and the steps that are needed to gain and maintain employment for the client while maintaining the client’s barriers and helping wherever possible with training and support. In Work Support Consultant, Supports the client while in employment with weekly to fortnightly work site visits with the client and employer addressing the client’s barriers at work and addressing any concerns that they might have at work or personally.In Work Support Consultant also provide P.P.E and additional training and support that the client needs for work also monitoring the clients’ hours worked to assure the client is meeting their requirements. Claims Processor, collects all the relevant information to submit for all 4 Week, 13 Week, 24 Weeks and 52 Weeks Claims payable covering all clients.A Claims Processor then processes then submits the claim individually making sure that all the relevant information is included and submitted by the due date.All the Job titles had individual monthly KPI’S that must be maintained or exceeded, while employed at Wise Employment I exceeded all of my monthly KPI’S.
