Management of the delivery program for the merger of the commercial division of St.George into Westpac. Managed multi-million dollar cost reduction program working directly with C level team. Led staff centralisation program and business reviews identifying critical performance barriers and additional revenue opportunities.

Led a re-engineering team to redesign the processes & systems of the multi-billion dollar commercial banking business including responsiblility for the successful design, costing and approval of multi-million dollar business case.

The product management, profitability and balance sheet responsibilities for $10B business deposit products throughout the St.George group. Deliver 25%+ growth rates year on year for three years.

Managed the Internet Banking systems of St.George Bank. Led the designed and development of Australia's first business focused internet banking system, "Business Banking Online". This system won industry award for best of breed for next 8 years after launch and upgraded version of the system still in use 12 years after launch.

Design and implemented a new internet based retail reporting system across a 250 store retail franchise operating in 5 countries around the world. The delivery of the new system removed 95% of the ongoing cost of the previous technology and delivered a much greater outcome for the franchisees. The upgraded system is still in used today, 14 years after its.
