Responsible for Technical review including initial DFM of electronic data, engineering drawings and customer specifications.Customer quote generation for Flexible and Flex Rigid PCB applications. Customers include MOD, Aerospace, Medical and Commercial backgrounds.I also generate all tooling and process documents for component assembly in house.

Liaising directly with customers from design through to completion of manufacture.Working with Product and Process engineers to provide solutions to meet product requirements.DFM check of all electronic data, engineering drawings and customer specifications.Generation of all tooling for circuit manufacture, component assembly and electrical test.CNC drill and rout programming using both Sieb&Meyer and Excellon language.Creating DXF drawing files for tool production from suppliers.Ensuring products conform to and can be tested to IPC and BS standards.Planning, allocation and monitoring of work for other staff members.
