Implemented & Process Managed a unique distillation system (the MemLo system) in a brand-new facility located at a brand-new premise in Nuriootpa SA. This plant provides quality low and no alcohol wines as well as refining and maximizing the value of the resultant spirit.Systems development and structuring logistical and plant operations to cover 24/5 - 7 day planned operations.Measured & Reported on data for continuous improvement of the plant and looked to implement new and unique ways to improve the processes, quality of the products and the efficiency of the production.Managed, Trained & Coached staff in systems operationsEnsured SafeWork and relevant WHS standards were maintained at all timesEnsured the Distillery complied with state and local environmental regulations.Managed all aspects of the Distillery operation including long & short term macro planning and scheduling of all production runs.In conjunction with staff, I developed and established an internal and statutory products and operational record for traceability relating to the operation of the MemLo plant.
