As per role at Hollywood Bowl but responsible for 27 Tenpin Bowling CentresWhen I started the role the company had a poor level of customer satisfaction with the Bowling product as the previous MD had made all the chief technicians redundant and the company had no systems in placeDuring my tenure I was responsible for a £800K repair and upgrade budget to ensure the Bowling equipment was brought back to a industry standard I was also responsible for the installation of the Bowling equipment and recruitment and training of technical staff in 3 new Centres
