David has worked in the accounting and tax profession since 1968. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Accounting, a Master’s in Financial Services from New York University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a graduate of Yale Law School. He earned a CPA designation in 1973 in New York and in New Jersey and obtained an LLM degree from Rutgers University. In 1975 he earned his designations as Certified Tax Accountant and Enrolled Agent.David worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 25 years, primarily in middle and senior management positions, and earned the position of Deputy Commissioner. He also worked for United Parcel Service in senior financial management for 8 years, Merrill Lynch in financial compliance for 5 years and John Wiley & Sons, Inc. - Publishers in senior financial management and Human Resources Management positions. He founded Financial Services for Florida, Inc., a full-service accounting and tax services firm when he moved from New York and New Jersey to Florida in 2001. In this business, he used his insurance and investment licenses as well as his accounting and tax expertise. In 2014, he created a more focused business on accounting, tax services, and tax planning, and named it Many Happy Return$
