Current-Lead mechanical designer for military electronics packaging, including opto-mechanical and small form factor devices. Collaborated with colleagues across multiple disciplines to understand, evaluate, and arrive at safe and viable design solutions.-Develop designs from concept through product delivery including: understanding system requirements to design new parts, creating component drawings, overseeing technicians throughout assembly, supporting vibration and environmental testing. -Proficient with 3-D modeling in Pro/Engineer including developing thermal models using Mechanica.
