Responsible for the personnel and performance management of an international based airworthiness team conducting acquisition compliance finding, worldwide logistics and technical support of the C-17/A aircraft fleet and support systems, and ongoing financial and engineering management of an annual AUD$20m upgrade program.I initiated and then participated (as the Australian lead) in a review of the C-17/A Globemaster Support Program (GSP) contract which resulted in initial savings in excess of AUD$50m for the Royal Australian Air Force.Airworthiness Manager for the acquisition and sustainment of the RAAF C-17/A Globemaster fleet.As the Australian representative for the review of the C-17/A Globemaster Sustainment Program (GSP) contract, I recommended a specific restructure of the Statement of Work.
