I am based in the WSP Manchester office as an Associate Director within a busy development engineering team. I have 18 years experience in highways and infrastructure design, specialising in the design of highways drainage. I have experience across a wide range of sectors including major highways, local authority and private developments. I am experienced at leading schemes from initial site assessments through to construction and final sign off. I am adaptable and open to new ideas which enables me to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and with external Clients, suppliers and delivery partners. As a project manager I have a track record of consistently delivering high quality outputs to tight deadlines and budgets. As a mentor to junior colleagues I encourage people to take responsibility for their own work and strive to create an atmosphere where innovation and creativity is encouraged, whilst ensuring compliance with industry best practice.
