My primary responsibilities are for Business Strategy and Sales at Asset Insights. Asset Insights was founded in 2018 and are disrupting Transport & Infrastructure markets with our brand of digital solutions across Engineering Services and Asset Management disciplines. We are a small but passionate team with a relentless focus on client outcomes and we differentiate ourselves through our engagement approach and our people. Working alongside my fellow co-founders, we share a passion to build a unique business focused on enabling our clients to derive value and competitive advantage from their assets and data.

I reported to the Managing Director and was accountable for the overall sales performance within Babcock Analytic Solutions. I led a team covering BD, Marketing, Strategic Development, Technical Pre-Sales, Bids & Proposals & Sales Operations. In a short space of time I reorganised and re-energised the sales team, establishing greater alignment across business winning activities and driving improved sales performance within the business.

I was responsible for developing immature and new markets for Babcock Analytic Solutions away from its Defence core, which was critical to the business being able to deliver sustainable and balanced growth. The role was established to position the Energy & Infrastructure business to deliver incremental growth year on year and 20%+ annual revenues by FY19/20, enhancing the external profile and business mix whilst positioning BAS as the lead ‘Asset Performance Management’ business across the Babcock International Group.

Defined and led on key transformation activities and designed and established a CI programme driven by a series of key strategic objectives for the business. Leading a team of Programme Managers and PM's to effectively deliver a portfolio of 35+ projects being delivered by 80+ consultants at any one time. Lead a series of key programme engagements providing a number of telling contributions as also assumed Business Management responsibility for establishing an LSC Group Business in Australia.
