CurrentResponsible for developing the initial and new features on the Assurelink Control for AO Smith water heaters. Ported the real-time C firmware over to use the Ayla Wi-Fi Module/Cloud Services and run on a 32 bit ARM Freescale MCU. Implemented an Over-The-Air firmware update module which uses RSA based digital signatures to secure the upgrade process. Implemented various modules on the KneeMetrix sensor for JointMetrix Medical. The sensor uses a Atmel XMEGA micro controller, a bend sensor, accelerometer and gyro to record knee movement.Implemented, verified and released various changes for the Water System Controller (WSC) project for Adams Rite Aerospace. The WSC transmits system status on the ARNIC 429 communication bus to avionics throughout the aircraft.Developed various firmware modules on the Public Address and Cabin Interphone System (PACIC) for AvtechTyee. The real-time embedded software is designed for use in commercial aircraft and were developed to meet DO 178C DAL D objectives.Responsible for rebranding and implemented various enhancements to the Pyramis ECG Management system for Mortara. Worked on the DataPro software tool which provides the ability to send and receive commands to a TOC analyzer using the Link PC communication protocol. The software was written in WPF/C# and uses a Microsoft SQL database.Responsible for rebranding and implemented various enhancements to the QStress Cardiac Stress system for Mortara. Implemented a custom adaptor and the required changes to the Aerospect SPS software to control encoders and gaging electronics for ultra high precision measurements of Turbine Engine parts. Worked on the Cytomedix-Angel Project, a blood separation device that separates whole blood into red cells, platelet poor plasma and platelet rich plasma. Managed developers and implemented enhancements to the Stryker Sustainability Solutions to enhance the existing epCMP software built with C++, MFC, .NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
