I have over 30 years’ experience in profit responsible positions including Operations, Sales & Marketing and New Business start up’s. I have a wide experience of job functions with both Production and Commercial responsibilities. My current role builds on my training and experience to ensure a first class customer experience within all of our business operations. I enjoy a changing environment and I’m keen to build relationships that are mutually beneficial to all stakeholders.Hereford Galvanizers Limited is one of the largest independent general galvanizers in the UK with two galvanizing plants, group capacity in excess 25,000T per year. We also operate a powder coating plant in Oswestry, Shropshire that provides a one stop shop for duplex coatings.Zinco International (formerly Zinco UK) was established in 2007 and provides technical services including non-invasive kettle testing, pumpouts (using holding vessels) and kettle changes. Using our zinc immersion probe (ZIP) we are able to profile the corrosion of steel galvanizing kettles without removing the zinc. Our technicians have inspected over 350 kettles around the world, with our primary markets being UK, Europe, Turkey & Middle East. We are also able to travel further afield with equipment that can be air freighted to the customer. Quantum Group (A Division of Zinco International Limited) is our sales trading division sells wire products, process chemicals and also trades non ferrous metals.I have been a Director or the UK Galvanizers Association (GA) since December 2004 and currently the Chairman of the GA. In addition I'm now a Board member of the European General Galvanizers Association (EGGA).
