Duties continued onward for chassis design and integration of Monaco products within the production capabilities of Fleetwood RV in Decatur, Indiana. Worked primarily in design integration of Monaco facade with existing structuring of Fleetwood "sister" products. Utilized AutoCad, Solidworks, JDE, Intergy PLM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Synopsis - Monaco Coach Corporation was purchased by Navistar between May and June 2009. Products were shifted with the main focus of Indiana Facilities being gas products. Diesel products were relocated to Monaco facilities in Oregon. Continued on structural design of truss work for gas products built primarily on Ford and Chevy platforms

Synopsis - A joint venture was instituted between Navistar and Monaco Coach. Union was based on utilizing buying power of a larger corporation while transferring knowledge on corporate abilities and parts. Duties continued on chassis design with the added ability to work beyond the walls of Monaco on specific projects for Navistar. Continued on in-house chassis projects. Worked with other motor home companies and the design and production of their chassis configurations. Worked with Navistar Military on gun ring design and production for M-Wrap and Hummer vehicles.

Synopsis - Monaco Coach Corporation began Indiana production between 1990 and 1991. When i began employment units were totaling 8 per week with 2 products and 2 chassis designs. This expanded exponentially after the acquisition of Holiday Rambler in 1996. Production got to its highest levels in the early to mid 2000's totalling 115 units a week with 5 different in-house built chassis configurations across diesel products. - Titled as Engineering Manager, April, 2005- Responsible for production drawings for in-house built chassis- Began and continued documentation of chassis systems and parts- Worked in conjunction with outside firm for weight and structural analysis which led to cost reduction and strengthening of all designs- Played major role in all facets of design from concept to working vehicle- 6 year run of chassis designed specifically for a motor home company in Brisbane, Australia. Worked all positions from design to shipping and exportation of chassis- Ran CNC plasma table for steel - utilized FastNEST, and FastCAm programming
