Reporting to the General Manager, my area's of remit include oversight of all Agility supply bases in the Gorgon Project supply chain including the Perth Supply Base in Henderson, the Marine Loading Facility at the AMC and the Dampier Supply Base in Dampier.My duties include managing all aspects of the supply chain holistically to ensure optimum results in line with service level agreements, and to liaise directly with senior client representatives in both the operational and contractual space.• Expanded remit to include all mainland bases both marine and landside facilities, duties in line with Deputy Senior Operations Manager role but expanded to include:• Domestic oversight of Dampier Supply Base, Perth Supply Base, Marine Loading Facility and Marine Logistics Base.• Sub-contractor management• New business development and tendering• Contract negotiation• Procurement • Change Management

Senior Manager with oversight of Marine Loading Facility (MLF) and Marine Logistics Base (MLB), both located in Henderson.

Senior Management role with oversight of Perth Supply Base, Dampier Supply Base, Marine loadout Facility at Henderson and Broome Port facility.

Perth Supply Base Operations Manager responsible for daily operations within the supply base as well as the management of two warehouses at Patricks Site plus four external laydown yards.

I began at TNT as casual labour in support of air freight processing. I achieved my first full time position as a driver with a regular round delivering over night freight before being appointed as Leading Hand in the Overnight services department. From their I was appointed as Supervisor of the bulk services division and was involved in the loading and on time delivery of all bulk consignments including preparing of reports and maintenance of key KPI's. From there I moved across into the Sameday services division as Senior Supervisor in charge of the Radio Room and despatch as well as having direct oversight of the premium product delivery fleet as well as the front counter. From there I became the Operations Manager of the Sameday services division.
