As supervisor for the Belfry Group on several Ecopod tower block projects, I was responsible for hiring decisions regarding temporary site labour, and ensuring they carry out the tasks required, I also met with and report on all the sub contractors under my supervision, disciplining and mentoring staff members and providing training where my expertise is required. My skills include communication and problem solving. I carry out defect identification and resolution reporting voicing my concerns to senior management, I also carry out inspection and testing.

Installed power, lighting and fire alarm systems in a £11 million cold store from "Freezeserve" which was the first fully automated cold store in the UK with purpose built state of the art, secure facilities including: - Brand New State of the Art Automated Storage system with Integrated Stock Control - Cross Docking - Cold Storage at -27 degrees - 85m long x 15m high - 180 pallet movements per hour - 23,000 pallet capacity - 178 tonnes of steel were used to build the store - 42 miles of coil steel and 16 miles of shuttle 'Z' rail were used in its construction

Overseen remedial works on a multi storey waterfront hotel in Liverpool city center, including external lighting
