Elected as a Parish Councillor to represent residents within Wool, Bovington and East Burton. As a resident of Bovington I will have a special focus on the needs of the residents of Bovington. I will work alongside my fellow councillors to maintain and enhance the environment and look of the Parish. Working in partnernership with other councils and agencies to reduce waste, enhance the Parish and reduce crime.

As Deputy Head of Procurement I support the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and the Head of Procurement implement the CCG strategy for the commissioning and procurement of health services for the population of Dorset. Our department ensures we procure services in a fair and transparent way ensuring the CCG makes sound procurement decisions. I act as department lead on engagement with both the voluntary sector and with SME's as well as acting as the procurement lead on sustainability and social value.

After 7 years on the board of directors I have chosen to step down as a director to enable me to spend more time on my role as a parish councillor and supporting local causes. Role: Property services and maintenance management for the infrastructure of a private residential estate.Responsibilities: Strategic planning, budget setting and control, outsourced services monitoring.Skills: forward thinking, diligence, attention to detail, negotiation, working in a volunteer team, managing shareholder expectation.Experience: Health & Safety and Environment, Utilities, Grounds Maintenance, Property Services Management.

Headed up a Meals on Wheels Company as part of the Agincare Group. Provided a hot meal service for public sector contracts in the South and West of England. Managing five regional offices providing over 3,000 meals a week to the elderly in their homes.
